Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues to the right departments for resolution.

Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Adapt to evolving tools, processes, and changes in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • No prior customer service experience required; experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree is a plus).
